LEMON reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our platforms after changes have been published implies acceptance of the new Terms.

ACCOUNT DELETION AND TERMINATION

Users may request account deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. LEMON may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these Terms, with no right to compensation.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. In case of any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the User’s place of residence, or failing that, the courts of Castelldefels (Barcelona), Spain.
